VOLUNTEERS AND CAREERS

Northwest Mediation Center relies on the generosity of its volunteers for office assistance, IT support, marketing and promotion, public relations, teaching classes, mediation and more. ​​​​​

الوسطاء المتطوعون

يكمل جميع الوسطاء المتطوعين، كحد أدنى، دورة تدريبية أساسية في الوساطة مدتها 40 ساعة كحد أدنى، وهي عبارة عن تدريب عملي مكثف وتقييم صارم. وقد تلقى الوسطاء في القضايا الأسرية تدريباً إضافياً في الوساطة الأسرية مدته 20 ساعة إضافية، وأنشطة عملية إضافية.

 

Mediators are assigned on a rotating basis.  Many volunteer mediators have additional expertise in particular areas and can be called upon to mediate specific kinds of disputes. ​
